Post-Op Assessment with Marian Sotelo-Paz
For patients 10+ days after surgery
Every body heals to its own rhythm.
What one person calls “normal swelling” may, in another, be the opening act of fibrosis. And fibrosis, once it settles in, does not fade quietly into the background.
That is why this assessment exists.
Not as a formality. Not as a courtesy. But as the first and most crucial step toward restoring form, function, and confidence after cosmetic surgery.
Assessment Fee: $80 USD
Why This Consultation Matters
This is a one‑on‑one clinical assessment conducted by Lic. Marian Sotelo‑Paz, creator of two U.S.‑patented techniques designed to prevent and correct post‑liposuction fibrosis.
During your consultation, Marian will:
Review your surgical and post‑operative history
Assess your goals — functional and aesthetic — and confirm what is realistically achievable
Observe your areas of concern (treatment zones)
Determine whether you are a candidate for our techniques
Design a personalized treatment recommendation
This process has guided thousands of patients worldwide toward clarity, direction, and measurable improvement.
Who Requires an Assessment
This assessment is mandatory if:
You are 10 days or more post‑surgery, whether or not you have already received massages
You are before week three post‑op and have already had post‑operative care elsewhere
You are seeking fibrosis correction or structured post‑liposuction care
This step is required before any treatment is accepted.
How It Works
Step 1 — Reserve Your Assessment
An advance pre‑paid reservation of $80 is required. (Pay by Zelle and save $5)
Step 2 — Complete the Authorization Form
After payment, you will receive a digital “Authorization for Consultation” form.
This form must be completed in full before scheduling.
It allows us to:
Review your surgical background
Confirm candidacy for treatment
Observe your areas of concern during consultation
Comply with Florida identity verification requirements
Step 3 — Your Evaluation
Conducted virtually (video call) or in‑person at our Central Florida location
Scheduled during regular business hours (EST)
A timeframe is provided — not an exact time
A more precise window is shared on the day of the consultation
Step 4 — Report of Findings
The Report of Findings is typically prepared within approximately 3–5 business days following the video call.
Delivery is considered complete once the report is sent to the client's email address.
Understanding Our Scheduling Model
This is a therapeutic practice, not a call center.
Each consultation requires a different amount of time, depending on surgical history, tissue response, and complexity.
For this reason:
We confirm a date, not an exact time
All timeframes are provided in Orlando, Florida (EST)
Final timing is confirmed on the day of your consultation
This approach allows us to give each case the attention it deserves — without rushing, without shortcuts.
Candidates are responsible for verifying their time difference with EST.
Important Boundaries
To protect the integrity of the assessment process:
Assessments and treatments are not performed on the same day
Therapists do not answer questions via social media or messaging
Photos and videos are not reviewed outside of consultation
Observation occurs exclusively during the scheduled assessment
In‑person evaluations are minimal and conducted during treatment hours
Payment, Refunds & Legal Acknowledgments
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing an assessment time slot, not an exact appointment time
The $80 assessment fee is non‑refundable — no exceptions
The consultation fee is not credited toward treatment unless agreed in writing
Missed, late, or unattended consultations remain non‑refundable
Remote assessment may be rescheduled up to three (3) times
A completed authorization form is required before scheduling
Valid photo identification is required under Florida law (House Bill 197)
All scheduling is based on EST (Orlando, Florida)
In‑Person Consultations
Conducted only during regular treatment hours
A missed in‑person evaluation is considered a no‑show
After one missed in‑person evaluation, only one remote evaluation will be offered
Final Note:
This assessment is not for everyone.
It is for those who are ready to approach post‑operative recovery with intention, expertise, and commitment.
Because in post‑liposuction results — just like in music — timing matters, precision matters, and the wrong move can change the entire performance.

FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY & VALUE
-
Many practices offer “complimentary consultations” that are conducted by advisors or surgery coordinators. While helpful, these conversations are typically sales-oriented and do not involve clinical assessment by the practitioner performing the work.
Our clinic operates differently.
All assessments are conducted personally by Marian Sotelo-Paz, founder and clinical director of Restorative Therapeutics Clinic. As the creator of two patented post-surgical techniques, Marian evaluates each case directly to determine whether treatment is appropriate, feasible, and clinically justified.
The assessment fee reflects the time, expertise, and responsibility required to assess complex post-liposuction conditions. It ensures that each case receives focused, professional attention — not a sales conversation.
-
Your assessment includes:
A formal video consultation conducted by the creator of the technique
Review of your surgical history, tissue behavior, and areas of concern
Determination of whether you are a candidate for treatment
Preparation of an internal Report of Findings
A written summary addressing pricing, availability, and treatment structure
The Report of Findings is typically prepared within approximately 3–5 business days following the evaluation.
Delivery is considered fulfilled once the report has been sent to the email address provided by the client.
-
The consultation does not include:
Transferable protocols or instructions
Guidance on what to do elsewhere or with other providers
Educational content on how fibrosis develops
Disclosure of proprietary techniques or treatment methodology
Our techniques and protocols are protected and reserved for in-clinic treatment only.
-
Once an assessment is requested, the process begins immediately, including administrative preparation, document review, and clinical time allocation.
For this reason, all fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome, attendance, or decision to proceed.
-
The consultation is a standalone clinical service.
In rare cases, and only if treatment is booked to begin within two (2) weeks, the consultation fee may be credited toward treatment at our discretion and subject to availability. This is not guaranteed.
Outside of this timeframe, the evaluation remains a separate service reflecting professional time already rendered.
