Who we are and what makes us different
Post-Surgery and Fibrosis Academy was created with a different vision of professional education. Post-surgery treatment is not simply an extension of an aesthetic service, nor is it a single technique. It is a specialized field that requires understanding the surgical process, tissue response, recovery stages, appropriate protocols, and professional responsibility. Our education is not built around trends or isolated techniques. It is built on decades of clinical practice, more than 1,500 documented cases (many of which you can view in our Instagram gallery), and methods and protocols repeatedly applied and refined through real patient outcomes.
The Academy is founded on the clinical work of Marian Sotelo-Paz, LMT, LDT, MMP, MMM, CHHT (USA), Dermato-Functional Kinesiologist (ARG), Creator of the U.S.-Patented Post-Surgery Drainage Sotelo-Paz Technique®, Creator of the U.S.-Patented Sotelo-Paz Technique for Fibrosis Treatment and Soft Tissue Mobilization®.
Her work includes developing specialized treatment protocols and a clinical classification of five distinct types of post-liposuction fibrosis, described within her patented methodology.
This experience has led patients worldwide to seek specialized treatment; more than 200 patient testimonials are available on our YouTube channel, and it has become the foundation of an educational model with one clear purpose: to develop professionals who understand post-surgical treatment as a true specialization—not simply an additional service.
